What I love most about being a speech language pathologist is that there is always something new to learn and it allows me to combine both my clinical and people skills every day. I’m a Southern California native and am grateful to serve my community through Babel Speech Therapy!
My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in Medical Speech Language Pathology from the University of Washington. I completed my clinical fellowship at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. In addition to serving patients with complex medical needs, I have experience assessing and treating voice problems, coordinating services for people with augmentative alternative communication needs, providing care for children with speech and language disorders, and serving on an interdisciplinary autism evaluation team.
I am licensed through the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board and maintain my Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech and Hearing Association. I also hold certifications in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment method (LSVT LOUD) and The Hanen Centre "It Takes Two to Talk" program.

Fun
Speech therapy should be a team effort, between the client, therapist and family/caregiver. This means I take your goals seriously and will design treatment toward what matters to you. On the other hand, I expect both client and family to be committed to putting in the hard work.
Teamwork
Clear communication is at the core of what I do. You’ll always be updated on our plan, and you’ll have access to all reports that I write. I also value your input and welcome feedback at any point of our journey together.
